How long will my order take to arrive?
The processing time depends on the ordered items. Many of the products are kept on stock ready for personalisation.
Usually the production time takes 3-5 business days. If you need to speed up your order, just inform us.
The standard shipping with A1Post /USPS/ usually takes – 5 – 9 business days.
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Do you offer express shipping options?
Yes. In case you need to speed up your shipment delivery, we can offer you a shipping upgrade for DHL express delivery. It takes between 2-4 business days depending on the delivery location. If you need a shipping upgrade, you can choose that option before check out.
Is shipping insurance included?
No. Bulgarian Post regular mail does not include the insurance in the shipping fee. If you would like to add a shipping insurance, please let us know before you check out so that we can send a link with the respective insurance fee for your item. We do recommend insurance on all international packages.
What if I receive a damaged item?
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Send us a picture of the damaged item and keep all packaging as a proof. Respectively, we will send you a replacement item with standard shipping. In case you need it urgently, you need to order a shipping upgrade.
What if my shipment is delayed?
In case there is a delay on your order, please let us know immediately and we will contact the carrier to investigate the issue.
Please note that items sent with standard shipping may be transferred between more than one hub in different countries and due to that tracking information may be unavailable. Once entered their destination country parcels’ movement is again visible.
If a shipment is delayed, this doesn’t automatically mean that your package is missing.
Please understand that delays may be caused during peak season, holidays, customs clearances, strikes, weather issues or any other reason and are not the responsibility of the seller.
That is why we recommend you to get an additional shipping insurance.
